Great cabin
This cabin offered everything we had hoped. Very clean, cozy and had plenty of outdoor space and things to do while still close to downtown Wimberly. Will definitely be back.

70th Birthday Getaway!
We were needing a getaway from our busy life in Houston….running a business & keeping up with 2 homes. Wimberley is always a perfect place to look for that tranquility & we definitely found it in Cedar Vista. The views, the sunsets, the amenities where perfect & we look forward to staying there again. We could not have had a better place to just chill out for my celebrating turning 70. Blessings to you, Becky & Derrell

Perfect respite
Cedar Vista has everything you can wish for and more if you’re looking for a respite place. Spectacular view and stellar details with the design of the log cabin and outdoor fire pit hot tub and grilling area. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Wonderful
This property is very clean with a lot of house essentials set back off the main road and overlooks a 2000 acre canyon in the hill country. If you want a remote and peaceful get-away, but within 15 minutes of Wimberly to the East and Canyon Lake to the Southwest, this is a very good choice.

This place was by far one of our favorite vacation homes! Everything was perfect and the house/location was cozy and secluded. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings and the night sky views.

Secuded Modern Log Cabin
Spectacular hill country views and night sky. Wrap around deck, covered patio area with unique limestone pad. Hot tub is the best of our travels, fully functional and strong jets. Upscale bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully decor through out. About 10 minutes from Wimberly. Great close to a great summer.

Honeymoon without the wedding
It is hard to know where to start. First the location is great. Wimberly is far enough away but close to everything. The road is well marked to the house and well maintained. The house is remote and I mean remote. We did not see or hear anyone while we were on property and we spent most of our trip on the patio. The house is really cute and well maintained. There is a old small coffee maker and a Kurig. The kitchen is small for more than a family but it worked for the two of us just fine. You can open the house up bright or close everything down dark. Hanging out on the patio at night was awesome and the views are amazing. There was some wasp activity but we found the nest and it will be taken care of shortly. The upstairs is really cute and perfect for a couple of kids to sleep and hang out. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and never found a place quite like this before. Lots of little extras.

Much Needed R&R!!

Very nice layout for 1 or two couples or small group. Feels remote with the views and privacy amping the trees
