What is there to do in the area? Please see the link on our webpage, "Things To Do". It shows some of the many activities our guest enjoy in the area

Where should we eat in the area? We highly recommend Creekside Cookers BBQ and Bar in Wimberley for great BBQ, Steaks and Bar. Its one of our favorites. We also enjoy Hays City Store.

Will we see any Wildlife at your property? While we cannot guarantee it, many of our guest see an abundance of deer, turkey, foxes, rabbits, among others that call the hill country home.

Is gas for the grill provided? Yes, we provide propane for the grills.

Is wood provided for the outdoor fire pit? No, please bring your own firewood. Or, you can usually purchase bundles of firewood at Brookshire Brothers or HEB in Wimberley.

Do we need to bring ice? Yes, please bring ice with you or purchase it locally.

Is the pool private? Yes, all of our homes with pools are private. Pools are never shared with other homes or guests.

Are the pools heated? No, none of our pools are heated.

Can I mail a package to the property? No, please do not mail any packages to the rental property. These are large properties that don't receive any mail and packages are often lost.

Where can I go tubing? The Comal and Guadalupe river are great for tubing. The Blanco river is not a tubing river and is better suiting for relaxing in the water.

Is the guest house shared with other groups? No. When you rent a home from us, you are renting the entire property for your group.

May I host a wedding/party at the property? No weddings or parties are allowed at any of our properties. This is terms for immediate eviction without refund

Are pets allowed? No. We want all guest to be able to enjoy our properties, even those with allergies.

Can I bring my ATV, UTV, Dirt Bike, Horses, etc? We do not allow the use of any ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, horses, golf carts, or any other like item on any of our properties. Evidence of abuse of this restriction is terms for immediate eviction and subject to damage fees. We don’t want your money, or to kick you out. Please don’t bring these items with you.

Is hunting or shooting allowed on the property? No hunting or shooting is allowed at any of our properties. Doing so will result in immediate eviction without refund.
